The Selling Process
Here is the step-by-step process of the selling process so you know what to expect each step of the way while selling your property.
All the contingencies have been completed and accepted now it's closing time! We will compile all your closing paperwork, we will do a final walk through with the buyer, and sign the final papers. You turn over your keys and now on to your next adventure!
Once you have accepted an offer there may be some contingencies you have to perform in a timely manner or may void the sale on one side or the other including inspections, financing, home appraisal, or unsatisfactory disclosures.
Offers and Negotiations
The offers start rolling in and we will review each one with you to be sure that you are getting the value of your home, understanding what may be required of you, and we will help you make counter offers as needed.
Once your home is listed, people are going to want to see it! Make sure your home is ready for walk throughs and if you have any tenants they have proper notice.
We will work with you to create an appealing listing. This will include pictures, video*, a description, and disclosures for your home.
